Recipe: Butternut Squash with Lentils and Spinach


  • Half a cup of lentils
  • ¼ piece of butternut squash
  • 3 leaves of spinach


1st: Boil the lentils for 20 minutes and set aside

2nd: Wash and peel the butternut squash then chop it into cubes,

3rd: Boil the butternut squash for 15 minutes

4th: Wash the spinach and chop it into small pieces and steam for 5 minutes

5th: Mix the butternut squash with lentils and mash

6th: Once mashed, add spinach, a tablespoon of olive oil and mix

7th: Let the meal cool and serve.

REMINDER: Always wash your hands with soap and rinse thoroughly before preparing any meal. Also insure that all utensils used and surfaces are clean.
