So what is the Budding Leaders Program?
The Budding Leaders Program is a training and mentorship program focused on providing adolescents with the skills and tools they need to make informed life decisions and positively cope with stress and daily pressures. Offered both in-person and through our AI-powered chatbot.
What We Offer
The Budding Leaders Program use our copyrighted, proven content. It can be offered as a program in schools, churches, for NGOs, CBOs and any organisations supporting children, with a focus on:
Track 1:
Confidence Building
We start with creating an understanding of one's self and how they show up to the world. We build the teens' belief in their own internal capabilities, fostering self-confidence and personal growth.
Track 2:
Leadership Skills
Here we create awareness on what it takes to be a great leader and the different skills required in leadership such as problem solving. We also create exposure to other great leaders.
Track 3:
Entrepreneurship Skills
Here we teach the basics of running a business. If a child is unable to transition into institutions of higher learning, s/he is not left vulnerable and can start a small business to sustain themselves and save.
Track 4:
Career Progress
Here we help the budding leaders identify ways to succeed in their ideal career path based on their personality and areas of interest. We give them a glimpse on what different career paths look like.
We look to journey with teens and pre-teens as we build their CONFIDENCE, develop their LEADERSHIP muscles, spark their ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT and help them make informed CAREER decisions. We incorporate FUN activities in all our sessions to make them memorable and enjoyable for the children.
